APARTMENT FINISHES
Lounges and kitchens are fitted with timber effect floors, while bathrooms are finished with stylish floor and wall tiling. Bedrooms are carpeted for comfort. Entrance doors are hardwood fire doors finished in an oak realwood veneer. All interior doors are hardwood with an oak realwood veneer, and all joinery is finished in satinwood. Ceilings and walls are painted throughout in pure white eggshell.
BATHROOMS
Typically, bathrooms feature an Imola basin with Monoblock mixer taps, and an Imola wall-hung WC. The bathtub is complimented by a Goldeniden shower set, and a Ben De Lisi designed shower screen in chrome and crystal glass. Finishing touches include a linear chrome heated towel rail, a glass timber shelf and a silvered mirror.
POWER AND LIGHTING
All sockets and switches are white, and every apartment is equipped with a phone socket and a TV/FM and satellite outlet. Lighting is provided by recessed downlights fitted and low-energy lamps in the bedrooms. Heating is supplied by a water heating cylinder and Creda panel heaters. Smoke detectors and video entry systems are fitted as standard.
IRONMONGERY
Door handles, escutcheons and locks are finished in a sleek brushed steel effect.
KITCHEN APPLIANCES
We’ve selected and fitted high quality appliances by Smeg. These include a ceramic hob, fan oven, and stainless steel extractor hood. Kitchens also feature stainless steel sinks with dual stainless steel taps.
OPTIONAL UPGRADES
Of course, you can choose to upgrade your kitchen appliances. We offer a range of options such as a white/silver effect free-standing washer-dryer, an integrated or free-standing fridge-freezer.
