APARTMENT FINISHES
The apartments will be fitted with carpets throughout, excluding kitchen, bathroom and utility cupboard which will benefit from vinyl flooring. Entrance and internal doors will all be hardwood fire doors and all joinery is finished in polished chrome. Ceilings and walls are painted throughout in pure white eggshell.
All apartments will benefit from a full length terraced, accessed from the living area.
BATHROOMS
All bathrooms will have tiling to splashback and bath area. They will also benefit from a shower over the bath complete with bath screen.
Floors will be fitted with vinyl flooring.
POWER AND LIGHTING
All sockets and switches are white and every apartment is equipped with phone socket and TV/FM and satellite outlet. Lighting is provided by low energy lamps throughout. Heating is supplied by a water heating cylinder and panel heaters. Smoke and heat detectors and audio entry systems are also fitted as standard.
IRONMONGERY
Door handles, escutcheons and locks are fitted in polished chrome.
KITCHEN APPLIANCES
We have selected and fitted high quality kitchen appliances including an electric hob, fan oven and extractor. Kitchens also feature a stainless steel sink with a dual stainless steel tap.
